The NHMS Council functions as an advisory board for the Society, helping to set the voice for NHMS throughout the state. The Council does not assume fiduciary responsibility for the Society, but provides advice and insight for the Society on behalf of the Membership. The Council is responsible for the development of Societal policy and helps to develop programming that reflects the will and needs of the NHMS membership.
