Cancellation Policy

NHMS will provide refunds up to 7 days before an event less a $35 administrative fee. After that time, no refunds are issued.

NHMS Statement of Respectful Environment

The NHMS believes in fostering a safe and respectful environment for professional and educational dialogue, understanding that this sometimes means bringing challenging topics forward. The Board expects that all attendees maintain an atmosphere of professionalism and respect for the speakers and for other attendees. Out of respect for the speakers who have requested that their presentation be made available only to attendees at the live event, photography and recording of some sessions will be prohibited. The NHMS Board believes that creating such an environment requires a commitment from each of us.
